I’m the development manager at Tamale, which means I’m responsible for making sure everything goes smoothly.

I enjoy making sure everyone
has work they are capable of doing and completing effectively. I'm responsible
for all the smaller successes, making up the larger success for Tamale.
We know we’re doing the right things when users report how much they
like the newest versions and features, and how much they appreciate the
superior quality of our work.

Comparing this company to
others in my three decades of working, I believe that Tamale has the
best teams, the best product, great plans and excellent chances to fulfill

What do you tell your friends and family who ask what you do? |

What I tell them differs
from person to person and situation to situation, but in general, I tell people that I'm responsible for managing the individual Tamale team members, and to ensure their individual success. And I can't say it enough: if we all succeed, the company succeeds.

What do you love to do when you’re not at work? |
|
|
A: |
|
I like to read all sorts of genres, and the list of favorites is too big to list here. I like music and play a number of instruments. I think about myself as a handyman: building, repairing and improving everything around me — from small appliances to the house itself. My whole family enjoys traveling, and we've traveled together through many American states and European countries. I enjoy talking to people and always have time for a chat or a deep discussion.
