Jonathan manages the development and maintenance of Tamale's development infrastucture, the RMS appliance platform, and the centralized infrastructure required to support our appliances and centralized services. He also enjoys working with smart people. |

What do you tell friends and family who ask what you do? |
|

A: |
|
I work for a successful software company in the heart of downtown Boston, where I get to work with really smart people to solve real problems for our customers. Tamale's flagship product is a research management platform used within the financial industry.

What do you love to do outside of work? |
|
|
A: |
|
I enjoy spending time with my family, reading good fiction, and engaging in numerous on-line and off-line volunteer activities. Though I live in Boston, my favorite place to eat is Dougie's in New York City! My favorite local outing is F1Boston, which offers track cart racing.

What's the coolest thing you've done at Tamale? |

A: |
|
I enjoyed designing and implementing the network infrastucture for our newest hosted data center. Building out the network from the ground up gave us the opportunity to do it right, from the start. In previous jobs, I've spent many an hour doing clean-up and damage control because of poorly designed and/or implemented infrastructure, and it is a pleasant change to be responsible for laying good groundwork.

What is you favorite part of your job at Tamale? |

A: |
|
I like that our customers are demanding and that they don't hesitate to let us know what they want from us; I also like that when we give them what they want, they let us know that, too. I am proud of our customer focus, and I find the challenges we face on a daily basis exhilarating. I enjoy working with smart people who are committed to Tamale's success, and who work to constantly improving and evolving our offerings.
